East Nashville Self Storage reaches out to the community by participating in community projects to benefit people in need.
Recently, a group of eleven volunteers including property manager, Elaney Johnson, took a drive to the lower east side of New Orleans to lend their skills and time, making repairs to a couple of homes that suffered from hurricane damage. The repairs to the homes included the replacement of flooring, new siding, and new paint, inside and out. The residents of the homes showed glowing admiration to the volunteers by providing meals and beverages during the long work days. Lodging for the volunteers was provided at no cost through The Village Volunteer Center. Working closely together, the group was able to complete all the repairs to both homes in four days.
